Gloria Dei Lutheran Church celebrates Holy Communion weekly with three distinct worship services.
The 8:00 AM service is a simplified rite with some music and an intimate celebration of the meal standing around the altar rail.
The 9:00 AM service
is a complete musical liturgy using the new Evangelical Worship setting
one. This service includes a special children's message.
The 5:00 PM service
is a reflective spoken liturgy that sometimes uses recorded music or
chant to add to the worship experience. This service is particularly
popular with individuals who cannot make Sunday mornings and with
confirmation students whose classes immediately follow.
