The Congregational Life Commission is responsible for the current and future aspects of life together at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. They oversee worship, fellowship, education and planning for the future.

The Reach and Care Commission is responsible for Gloria Dei Lutheran Church's interaction with the local community and with members who have become homebound or are otherwise unable to participate with the church community.
